Upon check-in, my first room smelled distinctly unpleasant, reminiscent of something died. I had to switch rooms after encountering several issues, including bugs and a refused room preference. The breakfast area ended up overcrowded, with guests lingering too long and limiting access to the food, forcing us to find a local diner instead. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, creating some frustration while trying to plan outings.

our stay at quality inn was fantastic! the room was immaculate, almost like it was brand new. the breakfast was so well managed—anything running low was quickly replenished. lindsay from the front desk was super helpful. she helped us find a quieter room, and we appreciated that! also, the outdoor pool offered lovely mountain views.

My recent stay at Quality Inn was highly satisfactory. The room was spacious, clean, and featured a comfortable king bed, along with convenient amenities like a fridge and microwave. The staff was incredibly helpful, quickly resolving any issues I had and ensuring I had everything I needed for a productive work trip. The location was ideal, with easy access to key business areas and restaurants.
Limited breakfast options and absence of an elevator.

Couple’s serious getaway
This place had a HUGE plus, that jacuzzi tub! When you're just lookin' to relax, you can't beat that. The room was spotlessly clean, so at least I didn’t feel like I was slumming it, you know? Plus, the little fridge was more like a tiny icebox but when we popped the bottle in there, it wasn't even cold enough to touch, don't bother eating in the room, trust me, you’ll regret it.
It wasn’t cheap but still bearable for a nice time.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The highlight was the well-stocked breakfast bar, where my granddaughter loved the fresh fruit selection. The friendly staff made us feel at home, and the location was perfect for visiting nearby attractions.
My kids wished there were more activities for children, like a play area or game room.
